Jean Bodycote’s Hatha Yoga classes in Coventry are small (to ensure more individual attention), friendly and inclusive and are suitable for males and females ages 16+.
Beginners are always welcome as Jean teaches the foundations of Hatha Yoga. Jean focuses on correct alignment in postures, and is trained to teach modifications for injuries, physical ailments or specific conditions including pregnancy.
Each week’s yoga class has an underpinning principle, anatomical or philosophical concept to introduce you to yoga and help you stretch and strengthen the body, mind and spirit. The classes include Pranayama (breathing) practice and Relaxation or Meditation techniques.
